Asimismo, cada centro cumple con la transposici\u00f3n local de las Directivas Europeas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Espa\u00f1a: La Ley espa\u00f1ola de Reproducci\u00f3n Asistida 14\/2006 y la Ley 09\/2014 sobre normas de calidad y seguridad para la donaci\u00f3n, obtenci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n, procesamiento, preservaci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas y tejidos humanos, Ley 3\/2018 de protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/li>\n<li>Italia: La Ley italiana n\u00ba 40\/2004 sobre Procreaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dicamente Asistida, Decreto n\u00ba 131\/2019 sobre determinadas prescripciones t\u00e9cnicas relativas a ex\u00e1menes de tejidos y c\u00e9lulas humanas. Decreto n.\u00ba 101\/2018 sobre protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/li>\n<li>Portugal: La Ley n.\u00ba 32\/2006 sobre Reproducci\u00f3n Asistida, Reglamento n.\u00ba 1\/2017 de la Autoridad de Servicios de Sangre y Trasplantes (ASST) establece los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos y de calidad para los bancos de c\u00e9lulas y tejidos humanos.
